Benchmark figures quoted on this site — including on the ROI calculator — are drawn from published sources such as the Department of Health and Social Care, Skills for Care and NHS England. They are defaults for a first-pass model, not a forecast. Outcomes depend entirely on your own measured baseline, your contracts and how you choose to use released capacity. No figure on this site is a promise of a result.

Charts, trends, flags and market examples shown on the site are illustrative and are labelled as such. They do not represent real individuals or real clients.
