Veritrend is a small, deliberately hands-on team. We'd rather be in a provider's office with their rota open than in a demo suite.

Founder

Mike Hubbard

Veritrend is founded by Mike Hubbard, who brings a technology and commercial background to a sector that has had plenty of software sold to it and rather less built with it. He is building Veritrend hands-on with UK domiciliary care providers — sitting in on visits, working through rosters and real care plans, and testing every assumption against how a shift actually runs. He is based in Shropshire.

Delivery isn't only product people. Every engagement includes information-security (CISO) consultants who work through data governance with you — the Data Protection Impact Assessment, lawful basis and consent model, retention and the documentation an inspector or a worried family member would expect to see. Everything is built DPIA-first, alongside UK care providers, before any data is captured.

Veritrend surfaces patterns for team review; it does not predict, diagnose or score clinical risk. That line shapes what we build as much as what we say.
