Leadership
The whole organisation: where quality is strong, where it's slipping, and what's being done about it.
The platform
Veritrend has two halves: a simple app and pendant for carers, and an intelligence layer for everyone responsible for care. Here's what it actually looks like.

The carer app
Press in on the way in, press out on the way out — no phone out mid-visit and no typing instead of caring. Notes are drafted for the carer to review and confirm; nothing is filed without a person.
Poor signal in a client's home is normal, so capture buffers on the handset and syncs when there's a connection — the carer never has to think about it.
Trend intelligence
Every signal read across every visit and every carer, so what shows is the direction of travel rather than a series of snapshots. When a pattern crosses a threshold the team set, it's raised for review by a person — not actioned automatically.

The caption in that screen is part of the product, not the marketing — Veritrend surfaces patterns for the team to review. It does not diagnose, predict or assess need.
CQC evidence
As visits are confirmed, the evidence behind them is mapped to the framework — so readiness is something you can see on a Tuesday in March, not something you assemble in a fortnight of panic.
The engine proposes the mapping; a person confirms it. Nothing is confirmed automatically.
