A short, neutral baseline survey for frontline carers and management, then one-to-one conversations — carers, coordinators, registered managers, leadership.

The framing is always "how do we get you more time in front of clients", never accusatory or tech-first — and the survey measures exactly the numbers the ROI model runs on (minutes per visit, unpaid catch-up time, CQC prep hours), so the business case is built on your measured baseline, not our claims.

Repeated after the pilot beds in, it becomes your before-and-after evidence.

Train the team

Training centres on the pendant: one press in, one press out, and narrating the visit so the record writes itself.

The wearable only earns its keep if visits are narrated well — so we train carers to be naturally descriptive: asking the questions the care plan needs out loud, calling out points of interest so they land in the record ("Doris, it looks like you've had a fall — what time did that happen?"), and using spoken triggers like "raise an incident" to generate pre-filled forms.

Then the system itself keeps teaching: if something's missing from a note, it's flagged the same day — not at a monthly one-to-one.
